I have been using All pro overhead for many many years, in several different homes that we lived. First at all I love the fact that owner is honest. Second of all love this company response. When my garage spring broke they responded in the same day and the price is good as well! Excellent service, highly recommend!!!

I have used this company before and they don’t disappoint! One of the 2 springs broke yesterday and I called them. They answered right away and were able to come out the same day! He explained that both springs should be replaced so they were. He also checked and lubed the hinges and other moving parts without us having to ask! I was worried about lubricant dripping on the cars and he explained he used something that won’t drip! They are prompt, arriving during their quoted time slot, professional and reasonable! I will definitely use them again!

Such great service. Called at 12 for a broken opener. Stated they could be there at 4. Paul ended up arriving 1 hour early, and did a fantastic and very professional installation. He told me it would take one hour and was up front about the price. He took exactly an hour was did quality work worth every penny. I really appreciate honest quality work when it comes to my home.

A part on my garage door broke and the door would not open. I called All-Pro and someone answered the phone and had a technician (David) at my door in less than an hour. Price quoted was the price charged even though they had to make a special parts run for my special sized door. David was super nice and did not try to sell me on services I didn’t need. I highly recommend this company.

My garage door sprung on a Saturday morning, I called them because they had a tag on my garage wall which I assumed meant they’ve been here before, looked them up and they had good reviews. They were fantastic, very nice, they made an appointment, called to let me know they could be early then the Technician called to tell me he was on his way and what time hed be here. Fixed my door really quick. Good prices, really friendly and helpful folks. Will definitely use them from now on. Thanks guys.

These guys were great. Called them this morning because our garage door fell off the tracks, and they were here within an hour and got everything taken care of. They went above and beyond by not only repairing the door and getting it back on the track, but they lubed all of the hinges and fixed a sensor that was preventing the door from closing all the way (which has been such a frustration for us). It’s never been so smooth and quite. Highly recommend!

I’ve been meaning to review these guys for a long time. I used them years ago for a quick repair and they were fast and reasonable. I recently called them again for a broken spring. They came out the next morning and again finished the job quickly for a reasonable price. At the time my second garage door was closing roughly and I couldn’t figure out the problem. After the spring repair, I asked if they could figure out what was wrong with the second door. They diagnosed the problem, and quickly repaired with no extra charge. I’ll definitely be using these guys again!

The tension spring on my garage door broke & the door is too heavy for me to lift manually. I called a friend to ask who he recommended & he gave me the phone number of the guys he had used. It was Saturday afternoon & I had already noted some places on the internet said they were closed weekends, but I called anyway, spoke to Igor. I gave him details about the opener & he gave me a price & said he had a man in the area who could come out before they shut down for the day, between 4:30-5 & there was no extra charge for coming Saturday. At 4PM I got a call from a young man saying he would be there at 4:30, which was exactly when Daniel arrived. I already had things as much out of the way as I could, so he immediately got the door up while I moved the car out & in less than ½ hr he had replaced the spring, lubed the door, buttoned things back up, written a receipt that he said to keep as there was a guarantee on the work for a year. He explained all of what he did as he went along. I know enough to know what he was saying & doing was correct. I had checked out prices on springs if I had just gone out to buy one if I had been able to install it myself- which I did not feel I wanted to do & considering that, I felt the price I paid for Daniel’s very prompt & competent work was quite reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them & certainly will call them if I need garage door work in the future.

I am very pleased with the installation of my new garage door and the lift-master garage door opener (very quiet). Daniel showed up right on time to remove my 40 year old garage door. He handled the entire install by himself and did an outstanding job. He also showed me some specific things in regards to the garage door opener. I was very impressed and pleased when he told me how to maintain the new door with proper lubrication. I had an issue with some small scratches, but Igor took care of it and made certain I was completely satisfied. The price is competitive, and it was nice to have an installer at my home with a positive, respectful attitude. I would highly recommend All-Pro Overhead Doors!

We have used Igor’s company twice, in Elk Grove and East Sac. Both times, he answered his phone on Sunday evenings (why do garages break on weekends?), and came out to our place next morning. He replaced 4 springs in 30 minutes, and did a great job. I recommend Igor most highly. He is professional, knowledgeable, does not try to sell you more than you need, his prices are good, and he is just an honest hard-working good person.
